I'd love to buy a print of this when it's available but I won't be able to for a while But it will be going straight onto my Wishlist. But wow, yeah, anyway. To the shot, this is just the best. I've seen a lot of rose shots in my time here on deviantART (as I'm sure most of us have) but this just appeals to me 100x more than those other ones I've seen. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm going to try and pin point it.

The soft focussing is probably the best thing about this. It gives the rich reds something a little different. The composition of the shot is nice. I like how the most central part of the rose isn't in the center of the frame. It's just off below center-right. Looks fantastic. Some nice detail in there. All so very, very nice.

Keep it up. I want to see more.

Oh, crap... that's good. I agree with what *nyssi said about the off center thing. It helps the image because the right side has less petal-intricate details. Can't wait to buy it.
